The Banner Systems sales reps may not be more powerful than a locomotive or leap tall buildings in a single bound, but some of our customers have seen usmove faster than a speeding bullet when it comes to taking care of their janitorial supply needs.
One day we picked up a call from a customer who was in desperate need of a particular product. When we checked our inventory, we found that we were “fresh out” of the product, as well. The customer’s Banner Systems’ sales rep went quickly to work. Minutes were clicking away and time was of the essence. After some creative sourcing and very quick phone dialing, we finally found a source for the much needed item.
After securing the product location, the Banner Systems sale rep didn’t quite fly through the air, but he did drive pretty fast to single-handedly pick up the needed product and deliver it personally to the customerbefore the end of the business day.
We wouldn’t want to field that kind of call every day, but when one of our customers is in a real predicament, we will do whatever we can to help solve the problem.
